LIMITLESS CREATIONS
Website Score

Privacy Policy

Last updated 18 October 2026

This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the free Website Score at score.limitlesscreations.ai: the pages, the form, your report and the emails that follow. We handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The short version: we only collect what we need to prepare your report and follow up about it, we never sell it, we only send marketing if you tick the box, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

1. Who we are

The Website Score is run by Limitless Creations, Toowoomba, Queensland. In this policy, “we” and “us” means Limitless Creations. We build the tool, run the website scans, prepare the reports and send the report emails ourselves.

Our main website, limitlesscreations.ai, has its own privacy policy. This one covers the Website Score.

2. What we collect

What you give us. Your name, business name, email address, mobile number and website address. If you tick the box to receive tips and offers, we also record that you did, when, and the exact wording you agreed to. If you book a call, we collect what you enter in the booking form.

About your website. To prepare your report we look at the public pages of your website, take screenshots of them, run Google's speed test, and look at public Google search results and your public Google Business Profile. This is public information about your business. We never log in to anything or install anything on your site.

Automatically, every visit. To stop abuse of the free tool, we keep a scrambled one-way code made from your internet (IP) address. It can't be turned back into the address. We also record which version of the page you saw (we sometimes test two designs) and how you arrived, for example the name of an ad campaign.

Only if you allow it. If you click Accept on the cookie notice, we use cookies, analytics and anonymised session recordings to see how the pages are used. Section 7 explains exactly what that involves and how to change your mind.

We don't ask for and don't want sensitive information such as health details. Please don't include it in anything you send us.

3. How we use it

  • To prepare your Website Score and report and send it to you by email.
  • To follow up with you about your report by email or phone, answer your questions and arrange a call if you want one.
  • To send you website tips and offers, but only if you ticked the box. You can stop these at any time (section 8).
  • To understand how people use these pages and improve them, including testing different page designs.
  • To keep the tool working and secure, prevent misuse, and meet our legal obligations.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to the purposes above without asking you first.

4. Automated scoring and AI

Your Website Score is calculated automatically by software, using public information about your website. It scores your website, not you. We use the score and findings to write your report and to tailor what we say when we follow up. No decision that significantly affects your rights or interests is made about you by a computer.

When we prepare a full audit, we use an AI service (Anthropic's Claude) to help analyse your website's public pages. We give it your website and business name, not your contact details. A person at Limitless Creations checks the results before anything is sent to you.

5. Who we share it with

We share your information only with the businesses that help us run the Website Score, and only what each needs for its job. They are bound by their own security and privacy obligations and their terms with us.

We may also disclose information where the law requires or allows it, for example to a court or regulator.

6. Information sent overseas

Some of our providers store or process your information outside Australia: in Japan (our database and email sending), the United States (web hosting, our booking calendar, Google, AI analysis) and Germany (analytics). The table in section 5 shows which provider is where.

Before using an overseas provider we take reasonable steps to make sure it protects your information in a way consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles, including choosing established providers with recognised security practices and using their privacy and data-processing terms. We keep what we send to the minimum each provider needs.

7. Cookies, analytics and your choices

The first time you visit, we ask whether you accept cookies and analytics. Until you choose, nothing is tracked.

If you click Accept: we use cookies and PostHog analytics to see which pages you view, what you click and how far you scroll, and we record anonymised session recordings to see where pages are confusing. Anything you type into a form is hidden in recordings, and so are your name and email address where they appear on the page. We've switched off storage of IP addresses in our analytics. We don't use advertising pixels on these pages.

If you click Decline: no cookies are set and nothing is recorded. We still count visits anonymously, without cookies and without anything that identifies you or your device.

Changing your mind: use the button below, or the Privacy choices link at the bottom of our pages, at any time. You can also block cookies in your browser.

8. Emails and unsubscribing

If you request a score, we'll email you your report and may follow up with you about it, because you asked for it. We'll only send you general tips and offers if you ticked the box on the form.

Every email from us has an unsubscribe link that works straight away, without logging in or giving more details, or you can just email us. Once you unsubscribe we stop all marketing emails. If you've asked for a report that's still being prepared, we'll still send you that.

9. How we protect it

  • All information travels over encrypted connections.
  • Access to your details is limited to the people at Limitless Creations who need it, through password-protected accounts and database access rules.
  • We keep your contact details out of our analytics and out of our system logs.
  • Your report is stored at a long, random, private web link. Anyone who has that link can open the report, so only share it with people you want to see it.

No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we'll tell you and report it as the law requires.

10. How long we keep it

  • Your details and reports: while we're in contact with you and for up to 24 months after your last request, then deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete them sooner (section 11).
  • Analytics: visit and click data for 12 months, session recordings for 30 days.
  • If you become a client: we keep what we need to do the work and what the law requires us to keep, for example tax records.

11. Seeing, correcting or deleting your information

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hayden@limitlesscreations.ai. It's free, and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are first. If we can't do what you ask, for example because the law requires us to keep something, we'll explain why in writing.

12. Questions and complaints

If you have a question or a complaint about how we've handled your information, email hayden@limitlesscreations.ai or write to us at Toowoomba, Queensland. We'll look into it and reply within 30 days.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

13. Other things you should know

You don't have to give us your details, but we can't prepare or send a report without them.

Children. The Website Score is for businesses and isn't intended for anyone under 18.

Changes. We'll update this policy when the way we handle information changes, and change the date at the top.
